What is the BOOST Program? BOOST (Building On Our Students Talents) is a summer
enrichment program designed to prepare participants for the next grade level. The program will
integrate holistic academic content and recreational activities. It will also introduce to new students,
and reiterate to older students, classroom discipline, social skills, and respect for others. BOOST. is
offered to students grades K-6 in the Murfreesboro and Nashville area.
How is the BOOST Program Staffed? The program’s staff consists of certified teachers who will
utilize a state certified curriculum to improve and/or enhance the core content areas (reading and
math only) learned the previous school year. Each participant’s academic level will be identified
through pre-testing. The teachers will build upon the participant’s current grade level through
reviewing past content areas as well as introducing new content to prepare them for the next grade
level. In addition, the S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) program will be
incorporated into the recreational activities.

BOOST Program Dates: Friday, June 3 rd to Friday, June 28th
Program Time: 8:00a.m.-1:00p.m. (Monday – Friday)
Program Cost: The BOOST Program is FREE and includes breakfast and lunch.
BOOST Aftercare Program: A low-cost BOOST Aftercare program will be available from 1:00-6:00p.m. (cost for the aftercare program will be provided to interested parents)
Registration: Complete attached application and return it to Olive Branch Church.
Registration Deadline: All applications must be submitted no later than May 10, 2019.
Attendance: Each student must be able to attend 100% of the posted camp dates to be admitted.
Attire: Summer Casual, classrooms may be cool.
